By using PokerSquad, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Description of Service

PokerSquad is a poker tracking and social app for home games. It helps you track sessions, manage groups, and analyze your play.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal gambling activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse features

5. Content

You retain ownership of data you enter. By using the service, you grant us license to store and process this data to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions

Some features require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies.

7. Disclaimer

PokerSquad is for tracking home games only. We do not facilitate real-money gambling. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
